Return Policy

*General Returns: *
You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your product. To qualify for a return, the packaging, tape, seal, and overall product must remain unopened and unused. Please note that disposable products and those with a short shelf life or expiration date are not eligible for return. Any used, opened, or worn products will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

*Return Process: *
Ensure the product is accompanied by a completed and signed return form, including the relevant fields found on the original invoice. Without this documentation, we may not be able to process your return request.

*Damaged or Defective Products:*
Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the parcels for completeness and integrity. If any damage is observed outside the parcel, do not accept delivery. Instead, report the issue to the cargo officer. Damaged or defective products will be exchanged within 7 working days at no additional cost for shipping or replacement products.

*Missing or Incorrect Products: *
If any products are missing from your order, make note of it before accepting the delivery of other items, and sign accordingly. In the case of receiving the wrong product, do not accept the delivery and clearly indicate the discrepancy on the delivery slip.
